Inclusivity has always been a core value of ours and it impacts our decision-making from product accessibility to the tone of our marketing to where we make donations.
And it’s time to take it to the next level.
With everything that’s happening around the country and globe, we believe this can and should be the beginning of a new era. And we’re here for it 100%.
That said, we've been working on an inclusivity plan to guide our brand into the future. It won’t happen overnight, but we want to do this right and create something that guides us for years to come, not just the next few weeks or months.
We are focusing on 6 key areas:
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Employee Training and Education
- Product Development
- Donations and Charitable Efforts
- Marketing and Content
As we research best practices and examples of good corporate policies, we are also seeking stakeholder input – including yours, and especially that of our Black customers and community. If you have general thoughts or resources, we want to hear. If you have recommendations for non-profits or Black-owned businesses we should partner with, we want to hear. We are listening and we are learning.
