Participation in the Hello Bello Diapers on us (the “Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these “Terms & Conditions” (“Promotion Terms & Conditions”) and any other notices referenced herein.

In these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the term “you” refers to any person who participates, or who wishes to participate, in the Promotion.

Sponsor​: The Sponsor of the Promotion is Unconditional Love Inc. D/B/A Hello Bello, 17383 Sunset Blvd, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 (“Sponsor”). Eligibility:​ The Promotion is available only to legal residents of the​ ​United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or older as of the start date of the Promotion and who otherwise meet the requirements set out in these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Ineligible groups include employees of Sponsor, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household. Agreement to Promotion Terms & Conditions and Sponsor’s Terms of Service:​ By participating, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.  Promotion Period:​ The Promotion begins on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and is only available while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”).  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. How to Enter:​ You may participate in the Promotion to obtain one (1) package of diapers, which contains thirty-five (35) diapers (the “Diaper Package”) for free, by visiting [hellobello.com/freediapers] (the “Promotion Web Site”) and completing the required information, which includes your first and last name, the due date of your baby or your baby’s birthday, selected diaper size of newborn (NB) or size 1, gender of baby, your physical address, your email address, and your credit card information.  This Promotion is open to new and existing customers, but you may participate in the Promotion only one (1) time per customer. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email account. If you attempt to obtain more than one (1) Diaper Package by using multiple/different email accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, Sponsor may exclude you from participating in the Promotion. If you use other fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Promotion Terms & Conditions, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to send marketing and promotional emails to people who ordered and/or filled out form to be notified when more inventory is available. Sponsor reserves the right to share email address of everyone who participated in our program with our partner, Chrysler.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard text messaging, data, and/or other rates may apply to participants who enter the Promotion via a wireless mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

The Diaper Package:​  By completing the required information specified in Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions, you may obtain one (1) Diaper Package for free.  There is one dollar ($1) charge for shipping or handling. Your Diaper Package will ship within ten (10) business days of your order. When you visit the Promotion Web site, you will specify whether you want to receive one (1) new born (NB) or one (1) size 1 Diaper Package.  The Diaper Package pattern is “Sleepy Sloths”, but Sponsor reserves the right to change the pattern in its sole discretion. The Diaper Packages are only available while supplies last. Sponsor will not accept any returns or exchanges. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time. General Conditions:​ In the event that the operation, security, fairness, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, including, but not limited to, a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical problem, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor disputes or strike, act of God or public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Sponsor​ ​reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any order from any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any element of these Promotion Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
