Influencer Terms and Conditions

Influencer grants Hello Bello a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferrable, sub-licensable and perpetual right and license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, repost, share and edit all Content created for or on behalf of Hello Bello in any and all media now known or developed in the future, including the right to create derivative works (the “License’).  If Content includes the Influencer’s name, likeness, image, voice, statements, performance, or testimony (“Appearance”), Influencer irrevocably grants Hello Bello the further right and permission to use this Appearance as part of the License perpetually in any and all media now known or developed in the future for the purpose of advertising and promoting Hello Bello’s products without review, payment, or consideration of any kind. This License includes but is not limited to:

- Posting to social media platforms
- Paid support of social media posts
- Publishing to Hello Bello’s websites
- Use in Hello Bello’s digital, email or text message communications
- Use in online advertising within social media platforms
- Use in general online advertising (i.e., search, websites, digital, etc.)
- Use in off-line advertising (i.e., broadcast, print, display, etc.)
- Combination with other content for any of the above uses.

By submitting the campaign proposal, you agree to release and hold harmless Hello Bello and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, respective officers, directors, employees and agents, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns Hello Bello from and against any claim or cause of action whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of participation in the campaign, including, but not limited to fall claims for defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright, or right of publicity.

By submitting the campaign proposal, you agree that you have read and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this consent and release.
